I challenge you to 5 hours of mobility in the month of September. I know, I know, “5 HOURS?! I cannot do pigeon for 5 hours”. And you’re right! That sounds awful. Instead let’s look at it this way… 

There are 30 days in September. 5 hours over 30 days is 10 minutes a day. Sounds more manageable right? Guess what else? Sites like ROMWOD or GOWOD have daily mobility videos that are roughly 10 minutes long! How lucky! Don’t want to pay for one of these memberships? That’s fine! Just choose 5 of these stretches and do each for 2 minutes a day:

  • Squat hold
  • Seated pike
  • Standing pike
  • Couch stretch
  • Wrist stretch
  • Front rack stretch
  • Frog pose
  • Straddle
  • Down dog 
  • Puppy dog 
  • Pigeon pose
  • Samson

Wow so many options!! And I bet google or youtube has even more to choose from. Want to make things more interesting? Take “before” (day 1) and “after” (day 30) photos of your stretches. This will allow you to see all the amazing progress you have made! Good luck Fusion Fam! Can’t wait to see all your flexy gains.
